Ooh… check out that slow-roasted shoulder of pork. So juicy, so tender, so melty! And we haven’t even got up to the crackling yet. I know, I know, after Christmas we’re all supposed to be restraining ourselves and re-starting our detoxes , joining the gym and whatnot.
